Complete the ASC program for free. It’s a live, 12-day online training program, led by instructors, that participants can complete from anywhere. You’ll understand safety and best practices for protecting workers and preventing hazardous work conditions.

Attend the 2026 NSC Safety Congress & Expo in Indianapolis, in September 2026. Scholarship winners receive free registration and travel accommodations with access to technical sessions, keynote addresses, multiple networking events and an Expo of more than 1,000 exhibitors.

Applications for the ASC Scholarship for Veterans program are open now through May 4, 2026. If you’re a veteran or currently serving in the armed forces and want to make a career out of helping others to stay safe, apply today! The Advanced Safety Certificate (ASC) Scholarship for Veterans program helps veterans who are on a safety career path obtain their NSC Advanced Safety Certificate*

*Please note: You must be a veteran or currently serving to apply for this scholarship. The scholarship will support veterans that would like to start the ASC program or complete the ASC program. The scholarship will not reimburse for courses already taken within the ASC program. Selected individuals will be a part of cohort and are required to take the core course, Principals of Occupational Safety and Health during a private virtual session. All other courses within the program can be taken through the open enrollment schedule that will be provided. All courses are virtual instructor led and start at 9am CST.  Courses are only offered Monday-Friday.
